Beta purchase terms

Terms of Service

Effective date: August 24, 2026. Version: beta-launch.

These terms apply to Saiyan ECAD beta purchases from Saiyan Corp. By purchasing or using the beta, the buyer agrees to these terms, the Beta EULA, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Support Policy.

Commercial boundary

Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. Keep the Stripe receipt and order details for billing, refund, license, download, and support requests.

Engineering boundary

Saiyan ECAD output is not a fabrication, safety, regulatory, DFM, or manufacturing warranty. Every board requires independent DRC/ERC, board-house preview, and engineering review before fabrication.
