Beta EULA

Effective date: August 24, 2026. Version: beta-launch.

The beta offer grants one purchaser a perpetual, non-transferable license to use the supplied Windows beta builds on up to two of that purchaser's devices.

Required warnings

• Pre-release software may contain defects and breaking changes.
• Current beta builds may be unsigned unless code signing is completed.
• Saiyan ECAD does not certify boards, guarantee fabrication, or replace engineering review.
• Refunds, chargebacks, or abuse may terminate license and download eligibility.
