Beta refunds

Refund Policy

Effective date: August 24, 2026. Version: beta-launch.

A purchaser may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing billing@saiyancorp.io with the Stripe receipt or order number. No partial refunds are offered. A full refund terminates the license and disables future activation, downloads, updates, and support entitlement. Mandatory consumer rights and Stripe policies continue to apply.
