Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 24, 2026. Version: beta-launch.

The beta is local-first by design. Project files and fabrication exports should remain on the user's machine unless the user explicitly sends them for support.

Data position

• No automatic analytics or crash upload is enabled for this beta unless this policy is updated and consent is collected.
• No board designs should be uploaded automatically.
• Support attachments should require explicit consent, a stated purpose, and a deletion date.
• License validation should not log plaintext license keys, payment data, desktop paths, or customer board content.

Vendors

Saiyan Corp uses Cloudflare for website delivery, Google Workspace for business email, and Stripe for hosted checkout, payment receipts, tax handling, fraud controls, and related payment support. Future analytics, email, monitoring, artifact backup, or cloud AI providers should be disclosed here before they receive customer data.
